EFI Technology is pleased to announce that its new programmable R1i Ignition has been approved for use in all USAC, POWRi and ARDC Midget events.
The R1i Ignition was developed in conjunction with USAC and is designed for 4 and 8 cylinder distrubutorless ignition applications.
EFI worked closely with USAC to develop this new system based on the popular X1 Ignition. Its primary goal was to capitalize on new technology and reduce costs while still maintaining superior performance and reliability over the competition.
The new R1i Ignition is 100% compatible with all existing X1 mil-spec harnesses, pickups and coil packs. The internal data logging option is now standard on all new units. The R1i also has a digital dash interface option.
